Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but have some policies in place... 

• All sale items are a final sale and are not eligible for a refund.  Items placed with a discount code are considered discounted and thus are also a final sale. 

• All refunds will be issued as store credit for the price of the product plus applicable taxes 

• To initiate a return please email loxandfox@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. 

• Shipping returns are at the cost of the customer, original shipping cost is non-refundable

**We do not accept returns on any pacifiers, teething products, hygiene products, bedding, sleep wear, sleep sacks, bathing suits, or undergarments.
